Story help?
working on my webcomic, currently called “GreenSkins”, and I'm curious what base setting I should use for the world.
The story will of course be set in the middle ages, but I want to have each character have clothing,style based off a country. Same with the world.
So far I have chosen
-Sweden/Scandinavia
-UK
-Scotland/Ireland
-North Africa
-Hungry
My only concern is that people will get angry that I’m concentrating too much on a “white” culture (when I personally only count Americas/Canadians as white. Europe is far too mixed) and get bashed.
Also want to try and make the world a little more unique for the characters.
Even though it is starting off as short funny pages to get me use to updating. Farther down the road I’d like to expand the world into my other story.
So what do you all think?
Major update! Werewolves, Webcomics, etc
And my major stories are taking too long. I need to start something now.
So I’ll probably be writing a mini comic about “Green skins” orcs, goblins, trolls etc
But I can’t decide if I want it to be funny or have a plot.
So yeah, there are my thoughts
it all depends on how these next two months go
I may do a practice page and see how people react to that
And will make a tumblr page, or just use this one, to posts sketches and goodies
I’d also love to have help spreading the word if I do this as well
The comic already has a few sketched and doodled pages. I'm just going through a few more idea's.
This may go well or will tank due to school.
I don't expect to make updates weekly, and if I do they'll of course only be once a week.
Just would like to finally start to work on one instead of fucking around...
